A Simple CBD Self-Care Routine to Unwind After the Gym

The best CBD self care routine is the one you will actually repeat. Not the one with eleven steps, three masks, and a sound bath. Here is a five-step post-gym routine built around CBD topicals, designed for a normal weeknight after a real training session.

1. Cool down before the shower

Walk for five minutes. Drink water. Eat something small. Your nervous system needs a few minutes to start coming down from the workout before you ask it to fully relax.

2. Warm shower, then CBD recovery cream
